Joint Thanksgiving Service
Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 7 p.m. there will be a joint Thanksgiving service at Faith Church. Representatives from all three Methodist churches in Aberdeen will be taking part in the service. Tom Haggar from First United Methodist Church will give the message: A Thankful Heart.
The Lord is Good
Sunday marks the 27th week of Pentecost, and Faith Church holds its harvest festival.
Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. with worship at 10:30. Food items will be collected at the altar to be given to local hunger ministries and Harvest offerings collected this month will be split between Kids Against Hunger and the Salvation Army.
After the service, the church will meet in the fellowship hall for a potluck Thanksgiving dinner.

Faith Church begins Sunday at 9 a.m. with Sunday school. At 10:30 a.m. worship begins. A coffee and fellowship time is in between.

Eternal goodness
Sunday marks the 25th week of Pentecost, and Faith Church also observes Armistice and Veterans' weekend.
Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. and worship at 10:30 a.m., with a time for fellowship between 10 and 10:30 a.m.
This week's message is "Eternal Goodness."
The church will be collecting food items at the altar for the Harvest Festival through November 24, and Harvest offerings will be accepted through year's end (and will be matched by the church). These offerings will go to the Salvation Army and Kids Against Hunger.
