A Time to Wait

 A Time to Wait is the message this Sunday, the first Sunday in Advent. 

Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. with music; Bible time starts at 9:35 a.m.

Worship begins at 10:30 a.m. We will begin lighting the Advent wreath this week as we look at the message from Isaiah 9.

Harvest Festival runs throughout the Advent and Christmas seasons. The church will match offerings dedicated to the Harvest Festival, and funds received go to Safe Harbor and the Salvation Army.

All Life is Preparation

Cold outside, warm inside. 

Faith Church is a warm place to visit. Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. with music, followed by Bible classes for kids and adults. Afterward is a coffee and fellowship time. We don't sell coffee; we share it. 

Worship begins at 10:30 a.m. and we'll see what Pastor Jack has in store for us as we edge closer to the Advent season. The message, from Luke 1, is titled All Life is Preparation.

Superintendent to visit.

 Superintendent Kris Mutzenberger will join us in the morning service and will give the message called Along the Way, on Luke 24, the road to Emmaus. Afterward will be a brief board meeting. 

Music jam starts at 9 a.m. Bible classes for kids and adults is at 9:30. Coffee and fellowship follow, and then comes the worship service.

Faith will join North Highlands United Methodist Church (620 15th Ave. NE) for a joint Thanksgiving service Tuesday, Nov.  22 at 7 p.m. We are asked to bring bars to share after the service.

A Band of Puzzlers

 It's Communion Sunday tomorrow! 

Sunday school begins with music for adults and kids at 9 a.m. (Bring an instrument and join in, if you like.) Classes begin at 9:35. Don't forget to turn clocks back tonight!



After Sunday school, we'll have a little time for coffee and fellowship. (We don't sell coffee; we share it.)

At 10:30 a.m., worship begins in the sanctuary. Pastor Jack's message is A Band of Puzzlers, and the scripture is from Luke 20.
