An On-time Arrival
Hosanna! Sunday is Palm Sunday, and Faith Church welcomes the Triumphal Entry. Retired pastor, Mike Wood, gives the message An On-time Arrival during the worship service.
Right now, at 9:30 Saturday night, the weather service says that blowing snow is likely to start at 9 a.m. So far, no cancellation of services. We'll have to wait and see what the morning brings.
Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. with music and coffee fellowship. Bible study for kids and adults begins at 9:35.
Worship is at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary.

The Beginning of Habakkuk
Danielle Nowell addresses the congregation this morning at Faith. Danielle will share music and give the message The Beginning of Habakkuk in the morning service. She will be speaking on a verse in Matthew 5.
Danielle is a cousin of Justin Hull and attends SDSU.
Sunday school and coffee fellowship begin at 9 a.m., and worship is at 10:30.

Spring Forward and Dirty Hands
Tonight, Daylight Savings Time begins, so make sure to turn those hands forward. Speaking of hands, the message tomorrow is "Dirty hands, God's soap." Rev. Jon Damaska gives the message at 10:30 a.m. Sunday school for kids and adults begins at 9 a.m.

This Sunday, Eldon Reich leads Faith Church in a communion service, with the message "Lent - Broken to Fix." Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. with music, coffee fellowship and Hebrew alphabet fun. Bible study starts at 9:30 a.m. Worship is at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary.

My God Don't Make No Mistakes
Sunday is the second Sunday in Lent, and Faith Church will hear from Scott Yuille, who will speak on passages from I Timothy and the Gospel of John in a message called "My God Don't Make No Mistakes."
Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. where kids and adults alike will be learning Hebrew, one letter at a time. This week's lesson is brought to you by the letter Gimel.
Adults will continue Sunday school by looking at scripture passages from the lectionary.
Worship begins at 10:30 a.m.

RUN
This week is Transformation Sunday, a good time to look into personal transformation and to remember who Jesus truly is.
Sunday, Rev. Jon Damaska leads worship and gives the message "Run" during the morning service. He will be speaking on a passage in Hebrews 12. Worship begins at 10:30 a.m. and is preceded by Sunday school for kids and adults, starting with music at 9 a.m.
Lee Schaunaman or Jon Seaton will be on hand to keep coffee mugs filled for our coffee fellowship time, also starting at 9 a.m.
The Lenten season begins on Wednesday, and though Faith will not hold an Ash Wednesday service, North Highlands United Methodist Church offers one at 6 p.m.

Nebuchadnezzar--Hope not Hype
This week, Faith Church hears from Rev. Eldon Reich at the morning worship service. He'll be giving the message "Nebuchadnezzar - Hope, not Hype."
We'll also be signing Valentine's Day cards provided by Donna Reich for our nursing home residents.
Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. with coffee and music fellowship, Bible study at 9:30 and worship at 10:30.

Be Well
This week, we heard how God will take care of us from Rev. Eldon Reich and enjoyed meeting and greeting the new faces that were in the service. This Sunday, we hear the message "Be Well," from Rev. Jon Damaska.
Sunday school examined how Jesus came not just for the people of Israel, but for people throughout the world.
Sunday school starts at 9 with a coffee fellowship and song time, followed by scripture study at 9:35. Worship begins at 10:30.
