Thanksgiving is over, but thanks-giving goes on.
The Harvest Festival is ongoing. The church will match gifts marked "Harvest" and they will go to the Salvation Army and Safe Harbor.
Sunday (tomorrow), Pastor Jack will speak on Marks of the Church, and he'll be in Ephesians 1.

Take Care That You Don't Forget
Thanksgiving is nearly here, and this Sunday, gratitude and thankfulness abound.
It's harvest time at Faith Church this season, and that means opportunities to share the blessings God has given during the year with Safe Harbor and the Salvation Army. The church will match gifts throughout the season.
This week, the message is Take Care That You Don't Forget, and Pastor Jack will be in Deuteronomy 8.
Hymns include Come Ye Thankful People, Come; Now Thank We all our God; and Great is thy Faithfulness.
Tuesday, Faith Church hosts a special Thanksgiving service with North Highlands United Methodist Church at 7, with refreshments following.
Narcotics Anonymous meets Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., Thursday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 8 p.m.
Prayer group meets noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday.
The charge conference will be at North Highlands church this year, 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30.
A potluck celebration gathering will be after the service Dec. 10.

God Knows Our Names
Sunday, Pastor Jack spoke from Isaiah 45. You can see the service here.
The Harvest Festival is starting. Some years we bring non-perishables to the altar for distribution to Safe Harbor and the Salvation Army, but this year we will collect financial donations to give to those same groups.
On Tuesday, Nov. 21, the church will be hosting a Thanksgiving service with North Highlands United Methodist Church at 7 p.m.
If you have new information for the directory, (phone, address changes, etc.) please get those into Pastor Jack soon.

View past services anytime
If you missed a service in person (sad, because we have a blast together each week, but sometimes necessary) you can sometimes catch it online.
You can watch it on your phone while waiting in line or at home while doing dishes, organizing files, or resting after a long day's work.
Here is last week's service.
To catch older services, you can go to our sermon archive.
Not only do you get to see and hear Pastor Jack's great messages, but you also can view the worship band and other parts of the services.
We have a few weeks of video recordings and older audio recordings. We are still working out a few bugs with the videos, but each week the recordings get a little better.
Thanks for your patience!
