He Ain't Heavy

Faith Church is on its summer schedule and meets for worship at 10:30 a.m. Sundays.

This week, the message is "He Ain't Heavy."
UMW is currently holding the No Bake Sale, so you can avoid baking brownies, pies and cookies in the heat, avoid the calories, and just contribute to the good work of the women's group. See Margaret Rieger or Donna Seaton for more information.

UMW Sunday

Faith Church observes UMW Sunday this week. Evelyn Cooper, formerly of Faulkton, will be giving the meditation, titled "Forgive and Forget."

Women of the congregation will take on various roles during the service.

Worship begins at 10:30 a.m.

Pastor Jack and Kathy Erickson, and Bob Seaton are away at annual conference this week.

Confirmation Sunday

Faith Church celebrates Confirmation Sunday this week. Isaac Seaton, Tiffany Schilling and Laurelyn Marmorstein will take part as confirmands during the service.

Worship begins at 10:30 a.m.

Easter Sunday

The Lord is risen indeed, and Faith Church celebrates!

 If it's been a while since you've visited, what better time than Easter week? Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. The youth will follow clues that point to Easter verses in the book of John to find a treasure at the end.

At 10, there is a coffee and fellowship time, and at 10:30 worship begins.

The sanctuary will ring with Easter hymns, and fragrance from candles and lilies will tint the air. Rev. Jon Damaska will give the message from scripture in the book of Mark.

We'll pray, affirm our faith and sing.

Maundy Thursday

Faith Church will hold a communion vespers service for Maudy Thursday at 7 p.m. All are welcome to partake. Rev. Jon Damaska will be leading the service.

Easter Sunday worship service is at 10:30 a.m., with Sunday school at 9 a.m.

Children of the Light

Faith Church observes the fourth Sunday in Lent this week. Sunday school, including confirmation class, will be at 9 a.m., and worship starts at 10:30 a.m.
The sermon will be "Children of the Light" and the scripture includes passages in Ephesians.

Breaking Down Barriers

Faith Church meets at 9 a.m. for Sunday school. Adults meet in the lounge, and confirmation class meets in the study of Pastor Jack's office.

At 10:30 worship begins, and the message is "Breaking Down Barriers." Pastor Jack will be in John 4.
