Sunday, Faith Church observed Reformation Sunday along with United Nations Sunday, and Pastor Jack spoke about Martin Luther and reform in general, in a message called Thanks, Martin!
The blog entry is a little late here, since the service was yesterday. Sorry about that.
This week, we have communion during the service and a board meeting and UMW meeting after the service.

A Fish Story
This 17th week of Pentecost, Faith Church holds its Sunday morning worship at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Jack Erickson will speak on Mark 1, in a message called A Fish Story. A coffee, music and fellowship time in the church lobby precedes the service.
Sunday school proper begins Sept. 23, with classes for kids and adults.
The UMW no-bake sale is still going on, so you can still not make kuchen and raisin cookies and donate the cost to the women's group.
They use it to help groups local and worldwide like Safe Harbor, Salvation Army, World Service blankets and Kids Against Hunger.
